Our award winning service department is the best in the business. Hallberg Marine's Service Department has seven full-time service techs, all factory trained and certified for all of our manufacturers lines. Our techs consist of four mechanics, two fiberglass and welding specialists, as well as a full-time trailer mechanic. Each of our mechanics and techs use the latest and up to date tools and computer systems to assure the problem of your motor or boat gets properly diagnosed and fixed right the first time.
If you purchase your new boat from Hallberg Marine and you have a warranty problem, if we cannot fix it within 7 days, we will let you use a loaner boat to use until your repair is complete so you can still go boating and don't sacrifice time in our short season.
Our service department has about 10,000 sq feet of shop space so we plenty of space to get your boat in and out of the shop and back on the water as soon as possible. Bring your boat in for service in the summer months and it will be stored indoors before and after we repair it at no additional charge to you. Not every dealer can say that. Just one more thing we do to set us apart.
Hallberg Marine's service department can also help you in the on and off season with upholstery work, canvas repair, carpet and deck replacement. Hallberg Marine also does heli-arc welding, minor painting jobs, fiberglass repairs and can help with insurance claims. Be sure to contact our service department if interested in this type of work.

In order to serve you better, it is required that you have your model and serial number when you call in or stop in. Everything on hand and to be ordered in our industry is serialized. Again, please have your model and serial number at hand for anything parts or service related!

The Hallberg Marine preferred customer program is a NO-COST VIP discount program for all of our customers. As a member you are eliglble to receive the following program benefits ABSOLUTLY FREE!
- 10% labor on regular service repair orders. (not including specials or maintenance work)
- Applies as long as you own your boat.
How do you become a member? It's easy, just follow the steps below:
The customer must bring or have their boat/pontoon brought to Hallberg Marine's service center.
We will input your name, address, phone number and email address along with your boat/pontoon, motor and trailer information into our database.
We will install a "Preferred Customer Decal" on the back of you boat/pontoon.
It's that easy!
At that point, any future visits to the Hallberg Marine Service Center with the Preferred Customer decal on the back will get the discount and benefits of the program.
